Celebrating the Heart of our Home

Ronald McDonald House ACT & SE NSW Volunteers

At Ronald McDonald House ACT & SE NSW, our volunteers are the heart and soul of our organisation.

Our volunteers give far more than their time, they give their hearts. Beyond the practical support they provide, they offer a listening ear, a comforting presence, and a sense of connection to families facing some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Through shared stories, quiet conversations, and moments of laughter or tears, our volunteers help families feel seen, heard, and cared for. They remind parents that they are not alone, that compassion and kindness can make even the toughest days a little brighter.

Their dedication goes far beyond their roles. With every meal served, every warm smile, and every gentle gesture, they bring light, hope, and resilience to our community. Our volunteers truly embody the spirit of giving, helping us keep families close and supported when it matters most.

We are endlessly grateful to each and every volunteer who chooses to stand beside us. Your generosity, warmth, and unwavering commitment leave a lasting mark on the hearts of the families we serve. You are the heartbeat of our mission, and we couldn’t do it without you.
